WHAT IS THE CIC ALLIANCE?
The CiC Alliance (the Alliance) is Careers in Colour’s Coalition for Employee Advocacy Group (EAG) Leaders focused on Racial and Cultural Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives in the workplace.
The Alliance brings together EAG leaders across the private, public, and not-for-profit sectors to provide opportunities for community building, shared growth, and external recognition and accountability.
It aims to build on the capability and confidence of EAG leaders to be effective advocates within their organisations while providing a cross-organisation platform to drive collective change across Australian workplaces.
The Alliance OFFERS three core programs:
Skills Development & Resource Community
Programming, learning, and education resources to help EAG leaders be better advocates in the workplace as well as more effectively navigate their careers.
Bi-Annual Roundtables
A regular forum for EAG Leaders focused on Racial and Cultural Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives and other ecosystem builders to collaborate, share resources, and build cross-sector strategies.
Recognition & Accountability
Opportunities to recognise EAG Leaders and successful case studies, and provide an independent research, accountability, and advocacy platform.
