Recap on our latest event: Employee Resource Groups - who’s it helping?

Some participants shared a few of their favourite takeaways depicted below.

For those who attended our event, we’d love to hear your feedback. Please share your feedback here.

What we’re building…

CiC intends to launch a coalition of ERGs / Employee Advocacy Groups that support people of colour, to drive collective impact across Australian workplaces. This would involve facilitating a community where people involved in racial, ethnic and cultural equity initiatives in the workplace can connect regularly. Three pillars will drive this alliance:

  1. Building Community - Regular community-building events

  2. Shared Growth - Resources and learnings to promote shared growth

  3. Collective Impact - Catalyse impact across a wide range of organisations
